I've been doing 100 push ups, (60+ until my arms give out, then I slowly do the rest until I've completed all of them.)
I've been doing this for about a month, with significant improvements to my chest, but nothing on my arms =( (maybe a little on the triceps, but that's it.) Am I doing something wrong? What kind of push ups will give me the best results as far as arms go?
Also, how many crunches should I do to work on the stomach?
