help with bmx bike??? Dnt no which 1 to get.?

I mite get a new bmx bike bike for xmas and idk wich 1 to get a haro or gt. or if there r any othr good 1s plz tell me. And y are some pros seats have to front prt of there seat up?
 
my first bike was the diamondback joker. Its heavy but you can manage. i loved it. oh and people put there seat like that cause its out of there way and its easier to do tailwhips
 
i think you should get a haro and we have the seats like that because it makes it so you can slide down lower after a jump so you don't hit it
