So I've got the Blackberry Pearl and I've had it for a while now, and when it malfunctioned on me and I lost all of my data, I decided not to store anything on it anymore in fear that I'd just lose it all over again.
Well, I started itching for some new ring tones and I transferred myself one that was about a minute and a half. I planned to use this one as my SMS Tone whenever I got a simple text message. It rings, but I could've sworn that before if I set anything to an SMS Tone it would play entirely, but now it will only play about 30-35 seconds of the mp3 file.
If anyone knows if this is completely normal and that I'm remembering incorrectly, please say so. If this is something I can fix or change, please give me a "solution". Thank you.
