help with bikes?

i bought a very good looking foldable bike and i left it iot side the last day and whenever i press the brakes a squeaky voice and it became rusty can i remove the rust with anyway. and i want to make service for it can u plz tell me the cheapest bike servicer in london would be better at north west london
and my bike is aluminium not metal
