ok i have a question my friend has got two free htc arias from wirefly for at&t. im not sure why she did because she told me she was sticking with cricket and when she gets the 2 Htc arias shes planning to sell one of them on ebay. the 2 phones would be coming to her already activated. would she get in trouble for doing that and if she sold one on ebay would the buyer on ebay be held liable. she wanted to know how would she wipe the activation clean to sell to another person so the buyer would have a clean phone and new activation??
