Help with a verizon xv6700?

when i turn it on its shows no radio.and then when i tried to run a rom update it keeps giving me error 101 cant connect or error 103 no image file.other than that i can use it but it keeps prompting and saying wireless radio needed for the phone.Help if u can?thxs

ive seen this problem before try updating ur radio if not ur phone might have hardware problems. usually drops or water damage can make ur phone tripp
