Help with a Sprint Sanyo Scp-2700?

Ok so i've just recently got the pink Sanyo Scp-2700 and i've been having a few problems with it. First, i'm having problems with emailing myself pictures from my phone. When i send a new picture message to my yahoo email account, the phone says invalid email address and its not invalid. The second problem is, when i post pictures to a site it says i need to configure site options but my user manual doesn't mention how to do this. If anyone can please help me, i would really appreciate it.
please if you cant actually explain how to fix this problem, dont waste your time or mine.
 
i have that phone. nothing is wrong with it, its just confusing. i would explain it to you but it will be complicated.

that happened to me when i got that phone, but i would play with it all the time and figured it out by myself
