Years ago a colleague gave me her salsa recipe and I lost it. It was so good and I remember most of it except how long to boil the peppers. She used I chili relleno, 2 jalopenos and 1 serrano chilli. She boiled them until soft, then pulled the stems off. How long would that be??
Then she put them in a blender with a can of whole tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, and a bunch of cilantro. Then you pulse until the desired level of chunkiness is achieved and add salt and pepper.
Any help on how long for the peppers??
I know I can check them...I'm just looking for an approximate time. five, ten, fifteen minutes??
