Shall I compare her to a satin sea?
A glossed over surface to hide what’s beneath.
With warm surface waves, and rip tides below,
what lays even deeper is a world she wont show.

Her strength is a guide, blowing strays back to shore.
Her waves lead the way when your life has no ores.
She's always been there when you’re stranded on land,
when your sail is no more, and your bows stuck in sand.

Her deeds are unnoticed, yet expected from all.
How easy it is to make oceans feel small.
She may seem so mighty with arms stretched out wide,
but what happens when ___ and ____ collide?

The beautiful pinks of an ocean sunrise,
form the bitter blue teardrops that fall from the skies.
After rainy days pass and her points come across,
She’ll retreat back to a surface that’s silky and glossed.

Anyone have critiques to share with me?
I NEED to fill in those blanks, too. I just cant find the right words!
help!
