HELP with a mexican fan palm tree and bamboo help?

my mexican fan palm tree is hurt by the cold here right now id like to know will it all start to grow back in the spring or what? how does that work all of the leaves has died from the cold and id like to know if it will live,and about the bamboo help i live in texas does moso bamboo grow/grow good in texas i had heard it doesnt grow here very good please help me here if you answer all of this you get a well deserved 10 points e mail me if you need anymore details
