help with a helio ocean please

i have a helio ocean i wanted to flash to cricket and have mms and wap working i seen people on the forums say they know how to do it but no one posted any infomation on it can some one give me a faq or at lest tell me how to get my spc. bitpim won't pick up the phone and cdma workshop asks for a 16 digit pin if i try to read the phone

The 16 digit code is being sold right now. If you are ONLY looking to do your 1 phone......then I suggest that you pay someone to flash it.

hmm, i did not need a 16 digit code... lol cdma workshow is nice =D it does it automatically or something i just click on pn810 and send, does it automatically. lol i cant figure how get wap working tho. i plugged in qpst, and changed to my 10digit nuraber@mycricket.com i didnt see a spot for port. lol some one help me im durab

It's possible to get WAP going on it, but the settings revert.

That's where I'm stuck right now.

Use CDMA Workshop to put the phone into Offline-D mode, then send it the security code from above.

This will enable you to edit the filesystem in BitPim or QPST's EFS Explorer.

I have gotten stuck editing cwconfiguration.ini in the EFS. I does revert. My theory is that there is another program that it checks against. More than one program neeRAB to edited. And what exactly does BitPim do?
