Could someone help me out with figuring out the shape of the following molecules (linear, angular, tetrahedral, and so on) and the molecular polarity? (polor/nonpolar) I really need to get my chem grade up...T_T
Note: ^'s with indicate subscript...ex. H^2O would be water.
NH^3
CH^3NH^2
CO^2
H^2CO
C^2H^2
CH^4
HClO (<---that's chlorine in between the H and O, in case it looked like a capital 'i')
O^2
AlH^3 (<--and that's aluminum first)
CH^3Cl (<---chlorine again..)
HCOOH
C^6H^6
C^6^6O
(two structures)
Please and thanks!!
