Help with a cracked screen on a Palm Pre?

Hi, my brother has a palm pre from sprint, it's the one that has the mirror over the camera when you slide it up. He has quite a few scratches on his screen, and we're wanting to replace the glass on the screen. I needed to know how I could do it myself and not have to pay someeone else to do it for me. 10 points to whoever helps the most!
