Thats the drivers door master switch. It's serviced as an assembly so you buy the entire thing.
My question is why are you replacing it?
Not that they don't go bad from time to time, they do.
But that vehicle has reputation for window regulators failing and/or broken wires in the door harness where it flexes as the door opens.
If you're replacing the switch because a window or door lock not working you may want to have it diagnosed by a qualified technician before you buy the part.
Remember, the dealer wont let you return electrical parts most of the time.
Best of luck!
