Help with 96' Dodge Neon?

My car started dying while driving down the road and would just completely lose power. And i would have to restart it, and eventually it stopped restarting. Ive replaced my fuel pump, my plugs, and my crank censor. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
 
check the alternator...
that may be the problem

and ur car may be DEAD!
neon's are terrible!
my mother had one and it completely died at 85k

you may want to consider a new car
