within the space of about 4 hours, my audiovox 8610 went from fully-functioning to more or less useless. it can't make or receive calls or text messages, can't check balance--in short, can't communicate with anything at all. the phone was in my purse as normal when whatever happened--it didn't get wet, very hot, very cold, there is no visible damage to the phone--what the heck happened? also i noticed that the battery now runs out within a few hours rather than a few days--not sure if it's connected to the other problem or not.
