Call your gardening center and rent a Tiller and pull all the weeds you can then work up your plot and you can use a string to make your plant roe look good and a hoe to dig your roe if you have to many weeds use round up and kill the weeds and then rent a tiller and work up your plot good luck

Help!, what should I do?? (Gardening)?

I rent a plot at a city garden. The city tills up the plots in the spring, which was about 3 weeks ago. I havent done anything in those 3 weeks, and now I want to plant. Problem: there are weeds growing all over the plot now and they didn't till up the soil nice and fine, its kindof clumpy. What do I do? Do I pay someone to till it up again? What can I do about the weeds/grass growing in the plot?

Put on your gloves and boots, pull the weeds and break up the clots with a spade.

The two previous answerer's offer good advise and I would lie to add when you pull weeds first dig a hole and bury the pulled weeds there and they will compost. Next year you will have a super fertile spot to plant vegetables.
