My father and I have a really good salsa recipe and think it could sell at our farmers markets and local specialty food stores. The question is how to get started. What sort of licenses and regulations are needed? Can we make it and package it at home? Are their certain food handler law that need to be followed? All of your help is appreciated. Thank you!
