I thought of Res Evil 3, but there are no scenes like the one the OP described.

I don't think its Transporter, I have them both and I watched them recently.

I don't think it was any of the Res Evils, I have all 3 and watched them very recently, could it be a dream , no I'm sure this is real.

I also don't think its Daredevil, but not 100% on that one.

Elektra, yeh it could be. I have never owned Elektra on DVD and I am sure this film was on late night sky (Sci-Fi or Bravo, something like that) and I only saw some of the film, and I am pretty sure I have never watched all of Elektra.

That is one to check out.
