I'm taking a class in which they want me to create a web page. I have no experience with these tools.
Its not even in my curriculum or anything.
Anyways, I know Joomla is a content manager (don't know how or what it does), I know PHP is for writing code, I know Apache is web server software, and I know Dreamweaver is like a Microsoft front page equivalent ... but I just don't get how they work together! what should be my first step (beginner oriented explanation)?
(I have faith I can do it, its just I need a bit of steering in the right direction)
