HELP what colour paint will go with red and gold wallpaper !?

I am 15 and i have i wall in my room thats dark red and gold floral, but i can not find a colour to go with it for the rest of the walls !
do you know any paint that might look good ? links please !!!!!

Try to match a paint with the dark red in the wallpaper and gloss the skirting boards, door and window frame, etc with cream/magnolia or white

I have red and gold in the lounge. And the remaining walls I painted in a Dulux colour called Timeless

This may sound yuk but an orange/burnt orange will work with gold and red and possibly the right colour brown

cream like white or black can work with red but don't know how it would go with gold and you could try blue

Black and silver. Silver and gold will reflect light whilst the red and black will absorbe it.

This would be dramatic but not necessariy very peacefull.
