ok school starts in exactly 1 month. im 14. i need new clothes, hairstyles, bags etc.? im also on a budget so nothing too pricy :/ try to keep clothes under $30
i also live in arizona where it is soo hot D:

i really like classy and cute clothes. i LOVE how blair waldrof and serena vanderwoodsen dress
colors rlly dont matter but i rlly like pink and yelllow 
also nothing TOO dressy :/ no high heels or long dresses 
hairstyles: i have naturally curly hair. so far i only curl my hair, put it in a messy bun or leave it down :/ any other hair ideas? sum quick cute updos would be great and how can i get wavy hair while having curly hair? i always tro to make it wavy but it seems like nothing will work D; also my hair is pretty long
bags: i dont rlly like using back packs to skool i use tote bags instead kno any cute tote bags or hobo bags?
is there anything else that u would recommend for me to buy and use? maybe sum hairproducts for curly hair? feel free to tell
