Help - Webjal issues

I have a Nextel i860 phone. I recently downloaded Webjal and installed it. Using my USB Motorola dat cable, I was able to only download one ring tone to the phone. Now when I try to download another ring tone, I get 'A general communication error occured while communicating to the phone.". The settings are correct with the USB cable and the software can see the phone but I am stuck here.


PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Where can I get a known good working copy of webjal?

How can I fix this so I can push ring tones onto my phone?
