Help! Walmart fish has infected my tank with something, but I don't know what it is.?

Bought a fish at Walmart last week, not sure what it's called but it's a pink tetra. Anyway, we noticed these little white spots all over it's body and fins. We thought it was fish lice, so we treated it with Parasite clear 3 days ago. Now that fish seems to be getting better, but my head and tail light tetras have the spots (they almost look like tiny air bubbles) really bad. My platies and molly don't seem to have it, but aren't reacting well to the treatment. The tetras are at the top of the tank, and the livebearers,don't swim around as much, etc. I have a 55 gal tank, anybody know what's wrong here, is it fish lice, or something else?
 
Wat your fish tank has is a parasite called ick i would treat it with some ick treatment most treatmeants work in 24 hours also a word for the wise wal mart fish almost always are fish just et fish from your lps (local pet shop) hipe i helped
