the only thing i can think of would be a possible reaction to the dye they used or to the type of fruit used. i have a problem with a certain red dye that is in alot of different things, including those berry gummy savers? they will trigger headpain for me and sometimes even a full blown migrane. this could be a possible reaction too. it can affect the constriction and dilation of our blood vessels when we are overly sensitive to something we ingest. that much i DO know from my reactions. for now,i would not eat what you have eaten in the past that triggered this and watch for any other foods or mosly snack types of processed foods for the same reaction and see what does and doesn't bother you. then make a list of this stuff(trust me,there are probably even more foods that will give you this same reaction, espescially if this is indeed a dye issue)then discuss this with your doc at some point.
but that is my personal theory just based upon my reactions to that red dye. still haven't narrowed that dye down but i will at some point. just ingesting that one type of dye, gives me alot of problems, including migrane(the migrane syndrome is triggered by first a over constriction of blood vessls then an over dilation/headache). just one strong possibility, espescially since you did eat alot of them. i would take them completely out of your diet at this point ,but do watch for other possible triggers along the way and write them down. there is also whats called a pre migrane "aura' that with my sydrome,i do get what you kind of explained above, right before the actual headache hits. you could possibly have a history in your family of migrane headaches too,you really should check into that, espescially any women in your family. they just have a much higher chance of getting them vs men.
you should check in with your primary tho and just let him or her know what is going on right now,and any past reactions just so they are aware. just make certain you are noting every sinlge food item that gives you this particular type odf reaction. please keep me posted on how things are going. good luck, FB
