Help using bitpim on a Verizon Motorola A455,,,?

How do I do it?
I've used Bitpim before, I just can't find it under the model list, and i don't know which port to use. I have pictures from my brothers wedding on there, and the phone is trashed, but when I plug it into my computer it still says it reads it, I just can't seem to get bitpim to work with me.
any help would be appreciated,

Hi I know how you can transfer photos from the phone to your computer, you just need to put a micro SD card in there and if the phone still works you can move them to the card, then if you can use the phone. go to Settings and Tools and Go into Tools then scroll down to USB Mass storage device. And then it will automatically upload anything you have on the SD card to your PC.
