HELP!!!!!!! Unfreezing code for samsung a867

Hi as stated above I've a samsung a867 I've entered the unlock code said network unlock succesfull. Whe I placed the sim in and turn it on it tells me phone freeze.

Can someone help me out with this ?

I have bought the SAMSUNG A867 and looking for Hebrew support, is it possible? is there any patch for it?
