Help: TX Goes Completely Dead/Unresponsive

I have had my TX since Christmas. Today is the second time this month that it has gone completely dead (no electricity, no response whatsoever). I fully charged it this morning while I wass grooming to leave this monring. The last time this happened, I plugged in the charger and after a while, it was back to normal. Does this portent a complete failure very soon? Should this be taken in for service? Please advise. Thanks.
 
I've had three TX's at this point, one which I had to exchange the other day, although it was a broken screen from impact, so that wouldn't really count. I did have to return one because the one/off button stopped working and the device would crash. I've been using palm devices for 10 years and ALWAYS buy the extended warranty, as SOMETHING seems to go dead on every one of them within two years. Just make sure you sync up often and watch the original purchase date for when the warranty will run out. Good luck.
