I have a SDTV in my room for now and i have a 4250 Hd box hooked up 2 it. right now MTV comes in like a square. The bottom is dark, the top is dark and the sides are dark. the commercilas come in widescreen though. so just the sides are right. On Nickeldoean the commercials are square. How do i change the picture format so that the screen takes up the WHOLE tv or at least widescreen and not a square...FYI Changing the picture size on the i o settings does nothing. NOTHING. so idk wat to do
