Thoracic X rays.
1.Mild dextroconvexthoracic curvature, possibly related to suggested mild left lateral wedging at T8 and T9. may be congenital or adquired.
2.Early endplate spurring.
Cervical X rays
1.Tiny unfused apophyses versus dystrophic calcification of the anterior annulus or anterior longitudinal ligament from C4-5 through C6-7.
Right shoulder X rays
1.There is a mild right acromioclavicular joint degenerative change, but there is no acute finding in the right shoulder.
Lower back X rays Normal
Lower back MRI
1.Lower lurabar tiny facet effusions and inflammation in the posterior interspinous ligaments at L4-5 and L5-S1
2.Normal variant conjoined nerve roots. Left L5-S1. right S1-S2
3.Tiny Tarlov cyst of the inferior most sacrum.
I got in 2 slip accidents at work last year and since my second I been having lower back pain early in the morning and as I do work troughout the day. upper back pain, stiff neck and shoulder right side, along with pain in my right arm and occasional locking of my arm when aggravated enough, I also get a nurabness/cold feeling on my left leg by the buttock and ocassionally in the left leg by the pelvic region a stretching pain that makes me limp and slouch from the pain.
I wanna see if these symptoms are related and if I should pursue treatment agressively as it's a workers comp case.
