Help to start a fast food business.?

I am planning to start a fast food restaurant in west London. This area already has Burger King, Mc Donalds, Pizza Hut, Chinese, Fish and Chips. I am confused as to what should I serve, please suggest me the menu and also a name for the restaurant.

How about a fast food (drive-thru) health food place? You can serve only healthy options like veggie burgers or grilled chicken wraps, pasta salad, etc... Name it Pasta Palace or something healthy.
