Help to download

Help!!

I have just registered with napster and tunebites but I am struggling to download and burn music to my cd...any ideas as to why I can't do it!! Its been driving me crazy all morning!!:mad:
 
WHich bit are you having the most trouble with?

If it' downloading it's eather because

A) You have dialup and it's just simply slow
B) You're trying to download a file when the other user isn't online
C) You've got no idea what you're doing:)

If it's burning there could be a million reasons. Anything from incompatible files to the burner not being set up correctly.
