HELP !!!!the Passenger side floorboard of my 94 jeep grand cherokee limited 4x4

Other than the AC drain clogged,a leak in the windshield seal can do that too.Water can run down the windshield post and settle under the carpet.A very small leak will pass lots of water.This can be checked by temporarily covering the windshield molding with clear tape.In the body shop we drain the wet floor by working a small pinpoint punch through the carpet in the lowest spot then strike it through the metal floor.If left wet,the padding will soon mildew.
 
if its not the heater core then it might be the weather seal around your door or under the hood. I had that happen to me in my passat...by the was a P.O.S. I had a missing seal under the hood on the firewall and every time it rained or I washed my car it would leak really bad. I had like 2 gallons of water in my car one day. Do a leak check by running a waterhose over your seals and try to locate it that way. Good luck
