Help TESCO DVD RENTAL

Hi.

I joined Tesco Dvd Rental and cancelled my trial 3 days before the trial finished. However they have still charged me a whole months sub and claim they never recieved my confirmation. I don't know what to do with these people. I am thinking about legal action. I can't believe a company would do this to its customers.
 
send them a message telling them to give you your money back or you will take legal action. make sure you have proof of when u canceled it though.
 
Complain about it, they'll hopefully be nice to keep you sweet. I went over the date for my Blockbuster trial by a day or two and they kindly gave me a refund.
 
Please be aware this is not TESCO doing the dvd rental. It is a company called Screenselect and include Tesco. I moved from Screenselect to Tesco (for the clubcard points) and advised me that I could not have the free trial as I had already had one. After a couple of heated e-mails, they told me that it's the same company
