As a big horror movie fan can you tell me your top 3 horror movies,let me know 3 movies that made you...JUMP
My top 3 are...
1= an american werewolf in london
2= nightmare on elm street
3= hellraiser

Cant stop at only three

3) Any Hammer Film (or clone) - especially Lust for a Vampire
2) The Thing along with the first colour offering of Quatermass and the Pit.
1) Really anything with Christopher Lee - but The Wicker Man just tops the list

My ideal Xmas present would be one of the terrestrial broadcasters doing a month of double bills, each night with the plethora of films they must have in storage, Vincent Price (Dr Phibes)/Peter Cushing/ Mr Lee/Oliver Reed/Madeline Smith etc, and all the b list actors/actresses that deserve more recognition for their services in the past half century.
 
These scared the hell out of me when I first saw them.

1. The Serpent And The Rainbow
2. Prince Of Darkness
3. A Nightmare on Elmstreet

Number 1 & 2 I still can't watch again as they caused nightmares first time round

Two more movies contained scenes that made me switch the light on:
The Changeling and Ring 0 Birthday

Final Destination (first film) and Deep Blue Sea deliver two of the most 'jumpy' moments you're likely to see in any film.
