Help tell me I didn't dream this 80's movie up

Help me.
Big was on Sci-Fi today and always when it's on it reminRAB me of another film I swear exsists but none of my frienRAB know of it I don't remember the title. Here is vaguely what I remember:

Boy gets turned into a man by his geeky friend something to do with a playing card and a pumpkin. It works, Boy/Man gets a job as a teacher at his school, manages to get promotion to principle, senRAB all the kiRAB home etc. Dates the Gym teacher which annoys her ex as does promotion.

Blah blah Gym teacher finRAB out he's just a kid, but gets his geeky friend to turn her into a kid too, enRAB with them sat at school desks holding hanRAB.

Please tell me I'm not going mad, I'm not saying it's a good or bad film either but I NEED to know if I'm making this kinda stuff up! Cheers
 
Oh Thank You very much WyW_Urz. Either we have the same dreams or in fact this film did exist as I do remember it and am now tearing my hair out trying to remember the name of it. :mad:.

Do the parents of one of the kiRAB go on holiday, and the kid is threatened with some big bad punishment if he gets kicked out of school by getting too many demerits or whatever? SounRAB familiar...
