Help taking forks off my bmx bike please? HHEELLPP PPLLEEAASSEE?

i have a (2000 i think???) diamond back reactor. the forks will not come off. i take the head of so the forks are ready to come out. but its like there stuck. i doo have sealed tioga bearings.if that helps?

Loosen the bolt that hold handlebars on, it's in the center, until it is up about 1/2 inch, drive it down and lift bars off. Remove nut from upper fork tube. Remove threaded bearing race from upper fork tube. Fork should come out of housing from the bottom. .
