Help - T2 not powering on

It was working fine yesterday, charged the battery on Saturday night. Tried to use it this morning and nothing happens. I put it in the cradle at work and the light doesn't even come on. Is there a way to check the battery to see if it is dead?

First, check if your cradle is plugged into your computer properly. Also, make sure the power cable is connected to the cradle and the power switch is turned on.

Also, Have you tried using a different cradle or USB sync charge cable? If the green light turns on when using the other cradle or cable, then the original cradle has problems.

If the light does not turn on, then there is something wrong with your T2. Unfortunately, the battery is not user replaceable. You would have to take it to the shop to be repaired.

I did a soft reset and now it is working again. I'm hoping that it will hang in for a year, until I'm ready to upgrade.
