Help! I used the T-mobile 1 year warranty on my first Samsung blast, which became defective as it was a software glitch. That was about 2 weeks ago. Now my NEW one has a glitch- voice doesn't record and other caller cannot hear me because phone can't record the voice. I've had this replacement phone for only a week and it's software defective now. I'm still covered under the T-mobile 1 year warranty from the first phone. But will they replace the new phone I got because it became defective too?
