Help Solve this Chemical Riddle?

So take some sodium, add some elements for water, and fluorine. Then cut yourself, put something on it, get rid of air in the room, and make something go pop!

Also figure out a letter that isnt a chemical itself, but is included in a chemical. (Like B and Bi)
