Help! Should i write igcse additional math exam or not?

I dont know if i shud write the addmath igcse exam in june or not. I want to do math in a-level but im not very prepared for the exam..Is addmath the same as math in alevel? If it is then maybe i shudnt take the exam and concentrate on extended math instead? Cos im writing 8 other subjects and addmath takes too much of my time to revise even though i dont find it too dificult
