Help! Should I purchase the Treo 700w?

I am interested in purchasing a phone that has a PDA. I basically want a caldendar to keep track of the things I need to do on a daily basis and log everything I need to do on the PDA. I am not so sure what all the other feature are to the TREO 700w but that was the phone I was looking at. Any help, hints and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Depending on your service provider, I would look into the Treo 700p only bc it is said to have a better resolution screen....700p also does not come with windows mobile but 0S platform....

Being with Sprint this is the one I was looking into but have changed my mind based on the bulk of the phone itself....
