I need to know whether it's okay for a school to have a student take about 9 classes a day. I go to high school full time but since I was late to school by a month they're telling me they can't give me more than quarter credit and its practically not worth it cause that's not enough for me to graduate. So now I'm being forced to take on approximatly 7-9 classes because I have to go to another school to get my credits and my school won't just let me go and stay only in that other school. They said I'll just have to go to both schools. The problems is that in my school right now I'm taking AP classes and the classes in the other school are college level. So right now I'm stressing out because I'll end up having class from 7am-8 pm or something of the sort and that's excluding homework so right there I'm being told that I'll just have to live with sleeping for maybe 3 hours a night or less. So I was wondering can a school do this, is there no law that could help me?
The problem is that it is my final year of high school. And I'm not a lazy person but I don't like the idea of risking my health because a school can't see how useless it is to stay in these classes and go to another school full time.
