Help regarding my Sony Ericsson Z500a

I was wondering if there is away to get games, ringtones, & ect on my Z500a besides direct computer connection and MMS? Please and thank you in advance.
 
Send the pics/ringers to your phone as an email attatchment from your computer to your phone's email address.
 
But doing that, that is using MMS and Internet connections I can't because its not on my plan
 
Usually, even if you don't have an MMS plan, your service provider will allow MMS with a small fee per message. If you can't receive MMS at all then your only other choices are 1) connecting the phone to the computer with a data cable or wirelessly with bluetooth, or 2) Dowload the stuff as data directly to the phone from your service provider.
 
I tried sending a MP3 to my phone though my email to my phones email address, but I did not get the attachment?
