So for about a year now my lips have been getting little red blotches normally just at the top and they would get a layer of skin or something over it. But it just recently spread all around my lips and this only happens around that time of the month. I really want to put a stop to it all for good. It hurts to open my mouth too far. I have been using carmex but its not helping much.
