...everyone else! HELP!? I received a citation for "Def being less than 21 years of age, did consume a liquer or malt brewed beverage, namely four loko alcohol and or coors light beer" Sorry for the misspelling but i was quoting exactly what he wrote down. I did not say any of this, and had nothing in my hand. I had 3 friends in the car, one who was driving and two others with an open container. The driver had a few drinks and blow a 0.026 and is underage, 19. (He was only given a fine of $115.50 for allowing open containers in a vehicle.) Despite him driving drunk, and the officer let him drive us all home drunk. The passenger is 19, and revived the exact same fine for having an open container on the highway. In the back seats behind driver was my girlfriend who is 21, and had an open container and received the same fine $115.50. I admitted to having a few drinks and was polite to the officers (as well as everyone else in the car.) And... I revived a fine for $445.00. I was wondering how this is even possible. I had no open container, and no beverages on me and the only person who took a breathalyser was the driver. (Who they let drive us all home and did not recive a DUI or even on his ticket for drinking.) Also on my citation my last name is spelled wrong, and also says that I was "On-View arrest" rather then "Citation/summons". Also it claims that the "defendant's signature-acknowledges receipt of citation: is "Filed." However, none of us signed a citation. My citation is also a "Non-traffic summons" and everyone else who was in the vehicle revived a "Traffic Citation". Is there any reason why I would receive a higher fine then everyone else? My fine is 4 times higher then everyone's. I'm a college kid and have no money to pay this I NEED HELP

To the person who said you know this didnt happen..... UMM IM Completely MIND F!@#ED over this! I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY LET HIM DRIVE HOME! truly i dont! And i got a higher fine then him, he does not even have that he drank on his fine! THIS IS ABSURD! I just need to know who I need to talk to to get my proper fine in comparison to everyone else's. And i dont care if you dont believe me or not i have witness and my citation to prove it... thanks I just need to know what to do, and who to report this to! Im not trying to get my friend in trouble, i just want a lesser fine! IM in the wrong (Duhh im underage and admitted to drinking) But apparently im more wrong then a drunk driver, and two people with open containers?! WTF
