help programming Samsung U740

i have this samsung u740 that i flashed to cricket using cdma workshop and everytime i flash it i use the 5044 prl so when the phone reboots and its turning on the phone give me this message "initial programming needed"
and when i check the sw it give me a different prl like if it never flashed it..

anyone know what can possibly be going on?
