Help, programming on a mac book pro, terminal window?

Hi


I have a program in java called Mail.Java

How do i run it from the terminal window, if its saved in my documents.


And if its not saved on my documents how do i find it, and run it.


Please only answer if you know about this, i have tried many websites, ad none of them work, i know this is something very simple but its making me angry.


I have checked the computer has everything i need, my problem is just finding the file Mail.Java and running it.
