Help... Problem with Test?

Am 5 days late and have being feeling queasy all week - Today my breasts were tingling and I have a really strange metallic taste in my mouth - I did a pregnancy test (one of the ClearBlue Digital ones) which came back negative - though it took 5 minutes to register as "Not Pregnant" ... Should I be worried?
 
Trust me and use the 5 day sooner ANSWER test with 2 test in the box. Stay away from the digital and the one's that answer you yes or no.
