Help : PRE/POST workout food .. 1O points?

I'm trying to eat 6 small meals a day.

Would it be okay if I ate
1/2 cottage cheese
1/2 blueberries
Apple

BEFORE a workout? I would eat this at about 3:15, and workout in an hour from then.


After working out,
I take Whey protein shake
But what else should I have with it?!
I know I need to eat carbs, but can you give me an example?



** AFTER drinking my protein shake + taking a carb, how long should I wait before eating again?!?!
